Tasting note

Mar Sours Château de Sours, the famous great red wine, with its deep red color, is characterized by great complexity and elegance. It develops notes of black fruits, blackberry, blackcurrant and blueberry, and also more mineral notes of flint. Spices and pepper note complete this bouquet of aromas. The mouth is up to the complexity of the nose: it reveals notes of fresh fruits and spices, gingerbread, clove and truffles. The approach is supple, round, the tannins are silky and strong.

Wine and food pairing

Superb with red roasted meats or a leg of lamb. It will also go perfectly with a carpaccio.
