  • Aged in French oak barrels 40% new and 60% of a wine, for 12 months.

Tasting note

The iconic Sublima by Mar Sours has an intense and deep dark purple color. Attractive notes of ripe fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), violets, underlined by delicate aromas of toast and spices. Typical of the soil of Château de Sours, this wine combines a mineral and fleshy nature. Well balanced on the palate, with good acidity and powerful, strong and silky tannins. Complex, elegant and powerful great wine.

Wine and food pairing

You will enjoy it with pleasure on a grilled meat, a carpaccio or steak. It will be appreciated also on soft cheeses.
