  • Mechanical harvesting of a selection of plots with higher yielding favorable to the production of wines rounder and fruitier
  • Malo-lactic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats from 120 to 150 hectoliters
  • Aged in vats at 70%, and 30% in French oak barrels new for 12 months

Tasting note

A brilliant, intense ruby color. Fresh, sweet and delicate nose with aromas of raspberries, and ripe black fruits.

It highlights the maturity of cassis and soft tannin.

Wine and food pairing

Yuniq by Mar Sours is ideal for a dinner aperitif with friends. It also goes well with meat such as poultry or cheese such as hard cheese.
