Brut Rosé

Our Brut Rosé 2021 is a celebration in a glass, a ballet of bubbles and flavors. Crafted with passion, it dances with notes of ripe red berries and a whisper of floral elegance, all wrapped in a delicate pink hue. Perfect for toasting life’s special moments or savoring alongside a fresh seafood salad, a light pasta dish, or simply with a sunset and good company. This cuvée captures the essence of joy, each sip a delightful journey through our cherished vineyards.

Viticulture

Currently undergoing organic conversion, with a focus on each individual plot in a bid to achieve balance between the soils and vines. Hand harvested.

Terroir

Predominantly clay-silt and clay-limestone soils, oceanic climate (mainly north, north-east facing plots).

Winemaking

Optical sorting. Gentle, slow and considered winemaking techniques prior to ageing aimed at preserving the wine’s aromatic profile.

A wine of subtle sophistication, both balanced and refined

Light pink colour with nuances of silver. Refined bubbles, consistent and steady from the bottom of the glass, yet a bit foamy but quite persistent foam. Subtil aromatics of red berries with nuances of roses. Palate come with a delicious fruity first impression. The refined bubbles are carrying well the fruit all across palate supported by an elegant texture and a crisp acidity. The final stay on red fruit with softer effervescence and a touch of minerality.
