Currently undergoing organic conversion, with a focus on each individual plot in a bid to achieve balance between the soils and vines. Hand harvested.
Predominantly clay-silt and clay-limestone soils, oceanic climate (mainly north, north-east facing plots).
Optical sorting. Gentle, slow and considered winemaking techniques prior to ageing aimed at preserving the wine’s aromatic profile.
Bright pale pink colour with light silver nuances. The nose is quite intense and aromatic with notes of red fruits and minerality. The palate is gorgeous with an attic right on fruit, a voluptuous mild palate with an elegant fruit weight well in balanced with a crisp freshness. The finale is long and persistent with a nice tension on stony notes.
