Viticulture

Currently undergoing organic conversion, with a focus on each individual plot in a bid to achieve balance between the soils and vines. Hand harvested.

Terroir

Shallow, predominantly clay soils, subtly interspersed with silt and clay. Predominantly cool and oceanic climate on North, North-East facing plots.

Winemaking

The emphasis here for both winemaking and ageing is on low intervention, where individual parcels of grapes are handled separately, undergo slow and gentle extraction and fermentation, all in the aim of honing unique sensory and aromatic character.
